- Promote and encourage the participation of the greatest possible number of boys and girls in minor football in the Outaouais region.
- Provide an opportunity to develop basic skills of football in a friendly environment.
- Instilling AFMO goals in all its activities.
- Serve as a pool of indentifying talent for the purpose of recruitment to the elite team of Gatineau Vikings and any other team that may be added in the future in the Outaouais.
