En inscrivant au club de football les Vikings de Gatineau, membre de l’Association de football mineur de l’Outaouais (AFMO), j'autorise ceux-ci à utiliser sans restrictions à des fins médiatiques (Internet, journaux, etc.) et à des fins promotionnelles et/ou pour communication, toute photographie ou matériel audio-visuel (films, vidéos, etc.) de mon enfant lors d'activités sanctionnées par le Club (camps de sélection, séances d'entraînement, parties hors-concours, parties régulières, etc.).
